Ab-Match Assembly Human REG4 Kit

　REG4; Regenerating islet-derived protein 4はC-type lectinドメインと糖鎖修飾をもつ分泌タンパク質です。カルシウム非依存性のマンノース特異的なレクチンであり、酸性環境下でもこの結合は維持されます^1）。十二指腸、回腸、盲腸、小腸、膵臓など消化器官に広く発現しており、健常人の大腸での発現は弱いものですが、大腸がん患者では特に強い発現が見られるようになります。クローン病や潰瘍性大腸炎による粘膜の障害においても発現量が増加することが報告されています^2）。
　また、REG4は末梢血中にも分泌され、胃がん、大腸がん、前立腺がん、膵臓がんなどの患者においては、血清中REG4濃度は健常人と比較して有意に高値となることが報告されており、特に膵臓がん、胃がんでは、化学療法への感受性との関連についても報告されています^3）4)。
