SDS-PAGE (Coomassie Brilliant Blue Staining)
Stable transfectant of CHO (Chinese Hamster Ovary) cells expressing C-terminal His-tagged protein were cultured for 7 days in DMEM medium containing 10% Fetal bovine serum. C-terminal His-tagged protein was purified from 50 mL of cultured medium according to the preceding protocol. Column bed volume was 0.5 mL. Elution was carried out with 2.5 mL of 1 mg/mL His tag peptide. Wach fraction was 0.5 mL.

Human embryonic kidney cell (293T) were transfected with pcDNA-DDDDK-tagged β-galactosidase and cultured for 60 hours. Cells were then lysed in the Lysis buffer (10 mL/100-mm dishes x5) and purified according to the preceding protocol. Column bed volume was 0.25 mL. Elution was carried out with 2 mL of 0.1 mg/mL DDDDK-tag peptide.
Each fraction was 0.25 mL.
