Calibration standards of liquid particle counter of semiconductor and medical field.

CLINTEX™ is size and particle concentration standards consist of diluting size standard particles in ultra pure water. Available for a calibration standards of liquid particle counter of semiconductor and medical field. Mean diameter measurement method is traceable to National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology Japan (AIST) and National Institute of Standards and Technology USA (NIST).



The Feature

  • Since the particle number is counted by original direct inspection method and clean bottles are used, we guarantee the high accuracy of particle number concentration.

1. Particle size 0.2 µm, 0.3 µm, 0.6 µm, 2 µm, 10 µm
2. Particle number concentration 1,000 particles/mL
It's possible to use it for many type of liquid particle counter.
3. JP Test 10 µm CLINTEX™ can be applied to the Insoluble particulate matter test for injection in Japanese Pharmacopoeia (JP Test).

  • After the seal is opened, use the content up during the same day avoid dust and bacteria may enter.
