Steps for manufacturing MHC class II tetramer
Folding test
When we conduct Folding tests, we set a standard for ability to form MHC-peptide complex. The standard point is when the difference in retention time (the time at which the target protein peak appears by HPLC) between the control peptide and the specified peptide is 0.1 min or more.
