This reagent can block non-specific bindings of antibodies to cells caused by human FcR for such experiments as FCM, Fluorescent microscopy, etc. Normal goat IgG in this reagent can also block non-specific bindings caused by any goat secondary antibodies. In an experiment of staining cells with T-Select MHC Tetramer, Clear Back may block non-specific bindings caused by macrophages or endocytosis, resulting in clear staining.
