Background	結核菌の細胞壁表層にはミコール酸含有脂質および糖脂質が存在し、宿主受容体との接点として働きます。トレハロースジミコール酸（TDM)は、強いアジュバント活性を有するミコール酸含有糖脂質であり、TDMの自然免疫受容体としてMincleが同定されました。Mincleは、マクロファージ、樹状細胞、好中球の細胞表面に発現し、リガンドが結合すると、FcRγと共役して細胞内にシグナル伝え、NF-κBやNFATのような転写因子を活性化し、炎症性サイトカイン産生を誘導します。
