Background	Coiled-coil domain-containing 107 (CCDC107) is a 283-amino acid single-pass membrane protein that contains a coiled-coil domain in the central region. Multiple alternatively spliced transcriptional variants have been found in humans. Its molecular function and ligand have yet to be elucidated.
